Cool book
A great sequel.
Alien Assassin is the second in the Assassin series and Jackson does it proud!
Al Lancaster, of the Assassin's Guild, and his life-mate, Delo have discovered that a hostile alien species in the Markam system has released a deadly mind virus that renders its victims insane and bent on destruction. Who, out of the thousands of aliens scattered throughout the solar system, would unleash such a deadly weapon- and why?
Pick this up and find out for yourself!
Positives- As always, King writes with authority. His cast of characters are brilliantly rendered, his dialogue crisp and his myriad descriptions are spot on. There are well-explained battle sequences and, despite many different cultural differences between species, their individual motivations are perfectly understandable.
Negatives- None but beware. There are many, many characters in this excellent series and all of them are quite... well, alien. Be prepared for a little Mind-Expansion here!

KING STRIKES AGAIN! Yes, T. Jackson King gives us yet again a great space adventure. I loved the drama and adventure in this book. There is treachery in this one too which heightens the suspense. Being the only human isn't easy, but Al pulls it off. Loved the Dino babies and how they are being developed into an important part of the family of assassins . All of the fun takes place right here and we are not left hanging off the cliff. Write on T.J.
Starts a little slower than the other series of Mr. Kings books but as good as the other books
The Assassin series is required reading in adventure, excitement and daring. The galactic vistas, the advanced alien technologies and the action make all the Assassin books a guarantee of a good read. Please keep them coming!
Adrift in alien space as the sole representative of humanity takes much just to live as to build an unlikely family. Just wait till his adoptive kids grow up, they're lizardlike but lovable & very protective of their parents even as kids .
